We worked on CONGRUENT SHAPES in math today! These can be tricky, because they try to trick our eyes. We worked really hard on being accurate--because mathematicians need to be accurate when they are solving problems! This is one of those times!
HW is side b and fact side b
In the afternoon, we worked 3 of our centers. We are getting to be better readers and writers, so our stamina is longer. That allows us more time at each center, but it also means we only visit them 2ce a week, so we have to work hard while we are there!
We ended our day praying for and with each other, and learning about how Peter denied Jesus three times before the rooster crowed twice. Hm...that made us feel sad, but then we realized we deny Jesus sometimes too. We prayed that we would find strength to talk about Jesus, live like Jesus, and show others Jesus too.
