Whew...I don't know why, but today felt like it sped by in a blur!
I was guest speaking at Concordia Ann Arbor this morning for their Foundations in Ed course. It's AMAZING how great it feels to talk with new excited students about the blessings that come from teaching, including the 21 sitting in front of me each day!
While I was gone, Mrs. Glazier reminded them about our Bible event where Jesus healed the crippled hand. What was so notable about this story? What can we learn from this?
The class also read our story together "Where does food come from?"
If your firstie would like to listen to the story, and read along, here's a link:

After lunch, we read the next two chapters in "The 100th Day". What connection did we make? What is Freddy worried about? How would your firstie solve his problem?
Finally, we worked through our centers again today! This is a great time, as we could put a focus on contractions!!
Here is a contraction game:

Tomorrow is the Global Day of Play! We are planning to play for a little bit, so be sure to pack your favorite toys!
