Chapel was first thing this morning...we talked about the BIBLE! Tonight, spend time reading the Bible together! Share with your firstie what your favorite Bible story is, and dig into God's word together!

We enjoyed our DAY OF PLAY time ! We played together for about an hour, and the variety of activities and pairings was quite fun to see!

We worked on DOUBLES + 1 today. These are facts that are next door neighbors, and there is  a trick...double the SMALLER ONE! Here's a video about it!!

In the afternoon, we worked on CONTRACTIONS. We worked on using them and matching them to the two words they come from! 

Finally, we planned a CLASS STORY about PLAY, and then wrote a paragraph! That's some fancy stuff for first grade!!

NO homework!

Tomorrow is our 100th DAY OF SCHOOL!

We will be doing lots of fun 100 things!
