We began talking about our ABSOLUTE LOCATION! Why does every home and business have an address? What parts are there in an address? We even used absolute location with GPS to find out where my Rachel was at college!!
We then worked quickly through our spelling and reading tests!! We ROCKED the sneaky e this week!
After JUMPING FOR HEARTS, we did a science experiment! What happens to air particles (we called them air puppies because they act like puppies!) when they heat up? When the cool down? How did we show this in class? (Remember, air is invisible!)
In math today, we worked with TALLY MARKS! We are kind of pros at this already--it's on our math board every day. But it was fun to make a big display!
After lunch, we talked about the Crippled Man. As a family, read the Biblical account. It's amazing how Jesus heals our sin-sickness and our body-sickness.
Finally, we worked through our centers one last time today. Next week, we get all new centers. We cleaned up the classroom, and read stories to close out our week.
