We are building STAMINA! We read to ourselves for 3 minutes and 36 seconds!! THAT'S AWESOME! We also worked on how to read with a friend: EEKK (elbow, elbow, knee, knee).
We practiced writing our numbers today: 1, 4, and 5. Top to bottom...we sang the song! We also use PBH- personal best handwriting. That's the expectation of being a firstie!
We ended the day with science. You will need a paper plate, a cup of water, and a bag of skittles. Let your firstie do the rest!! SO COOL!
