Today, we had such a special treat in chapel...all the musical groups performed for us! And what a great job they did!! If you want to know how amazing the music program is here at SPM, check out the concert on Thursday, May 24 at 7pm in the Sanctuary. You will be so glad you did.
We worked on sorting long vowels today. This is still kinda tricky for some. Here are some ways to practice:

We went down to preschool today to watch their "end of the year" program...whoa, are they fun to watch!!
After lunch, we read another chapter of Humphrey!! We love our read aloud time...we have a waiting list of books that will never get done!!
We worked on differences of two. We did this by looking at a number line...if odd numbers were neighbors, the difference was two. If even numbers were neighbors, the difference is two, too.
It's tricky, but I think we got it!
