After recess, we talked more about the son who left his home with his inheritance, squandered it and came back. He thought that his father wouldn't love him anymore, but his dad rejoiced when his son came home. Who are we in that story? What does this parable teach us about the unfailing love of the Father?
After lunch, we zipped through our centers, focusing on suffix endings to words. Finally, we wrapped up our day learning a bit about panda bears and reserves and why they sometimes find themselves there.
