We worked on Prepositions and phrases and objects of the prepositions!
We worked on compound words! Can you name any!?

After snack, we worked on adding two-digit numbers without trading for dimes. This is A PIECE OF CAKE! We always start at the pennies (ones) and go from there!
Math fact and Math side b are both homework tonight!
We also learned from Jesus about WORRY. The opposite of worry is TRUST. God tells us in the Bible that He will take care of the birds...how much more can we trust that He will care for us. What worries can you turn over to Jesus today?
In the afternoon, we wrote about our favorite person, we worked one-on-one with a mom finishing contraction practice and making a project, and we worked through all our centers. Our story this week is a folk tale. Our class listened to folktales in "listening to reading". What story did your firstie listen to?
Have a blessed night!
Chapel tomorrow and Lenten Worship as well.
