We learned today about Solomon and building the temple to have a place to worship. In worship, we draw close to God through hearing His word, receiving His sacraments, and in return, we praise Him by giving back our time and talents and treasure. What talents do you have that you can use to glorify God?
We worked through all our centers today, as well. Everyone has a purple bag with a reader in it! Take time tonight to enjoy your first grader's excellent job reading!
In math, we worked on SYMME-TREES! The line of symmetry was our concept, and we sure did a great job creating trees!
